Social Network In Early Planning Stages
Rule #1: You agree to treat people in this online network the same way you would as if you were interacting in real life, face to face. This ensures an atmosphere of mutual respect for our common humanity.
Rule #2: You will do at least one heroic thing every week, ranging from the smallest gesture to the bravest feat
Rule #3: You will donate blood once per year to our partner Matchblood

First, let's identify what we even mean by Social Network. In the days leading up to Facebook going viral in the 2000s, it wasn't much, relative to its capabilities today. You could share text updates and photos and befriend people who did the same. If you look at most of the social networks today, they have evolved to become media-generating machines, less about community, and more about fandom.

We are human, and we can do this now.
So, how do we define "Social Network?" It seems like a pretty broad term. Let's begin by the core features of the network we desire to create for ourselves - one developed and maintained by a nonprofit NGO.
